Lead Generation Group is shaking up the world of B2B lead generation. We’re not interested in low-value volume. We focus on meaningful, high-converting conversations that lead to real revenue. As we continue to scale, we’re searching for a strong, experienced Sales Team Lead to guide and elevate our growing sales division.

The Role

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in performance-driven environments and knows how to inspire results. You’ll be overseeing a team of Sales Executives. Your mission is to ensure they follow a strategic, value-led sales process, improve sales win rates, and consistently hit (and exceed) targets. If you’re someone who leads by example, understands high-ticket or service-based sales, and can coach a team to close confidently and consistently, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Sales Executives.

  • Monitor and improve team performance through coaching, KPIs, call reviews, and structured feedback.

  • Develop and refine sales processes to increase conversion rates.

  • Work closely with leadership to forecast revenue, and improve efficiency.

  • Contribute to strategy, sales enablement, and overall team development.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading a sales team (non-negotiable).

  • A track record of success in high-ticket sales or closing service-based deals.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.

  • Ability to build trust, guide complex decision-making, and support reps through multi-step sales cycles.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and convert insights into action.

  • High drive, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in a fast-growing, performance-focused environment.

  • Ability to work full-time US hours.
