The Role
This is a role for serious performers only.
You’ll be joining a high-performance sales environment where execution, discipline, and results matter. You will work with warm, qualified leads and take full ownership of the sales process from first conversation to close.
This is not a “relationship building” role with no end in sight — it’s a closing role built around momentum, control, and conversion.
If you can sell at a high level, handle pressure, and consistently close deals — this is where you’ll be rewarded.
What You’ll Be Doing
Closing high-value deals with qualified inbound leads
Running structured, consultative sales conversations
Controlling the sales process from start to finish
Identifying pain points and positioning clear value
Driving urgency and converting opportunities into revenue
What You Bring
Proven success as a Sales Closer or Account Executive
Strong track record in high-ticket or service-based sales
Ability to perform in fast-paced, target-driven environments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills
Competitive mindset with strong self-discipline
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to consistently close deals
Experience managing full sales cycles
Strong understanding of value-based and consultative selling
Ability to work independently and stay highly accountable
Comfortable working US or UK hours remotely from South Africa
