About the Role
We are hiring a high-ownership Operations Manager to build structure, drive accountability, and improve execution across the business.
This is an entrepreneurial role. You will not be maintaining systems — you will be building and improving them. You will work directly with leadership to translate vision into measurable outcomes.

What You Will Do:
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily business operations
Design, implement, and refine SOPs
Improve workflow efficiency and scalability
Build and manage KPI dashboards
Strategic Execution
Translate company goals into operational plans
Break down quarterly targets into actionable deliverables
Identify bottlenecks and solve them proactively
Team Management
Lead and manage remote team members
Set clear KPIs and enforce accountability
Conduct weekly performance check-ins
Systems & Automation
Implement tools to improve operational efficiency
Reduce manual processes through automation
Standardize reporting systems
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in operations or business management
Experience managing remote teams
Strong systems and process mindset
Comfortable making decisions independently
Data-driven and performance-oriented
Available during US business hours
