About the Role
We are hiring a high-ownership Operations Manager to build structure, drive accountability, and improve execution across the business.
This is an entrepreneurial role. You will not be maintaining systems — you will be building and improving them. You will work directly with leadership to translate vision into measurable outcomes.

What You Will Do:
Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily business operations

  • Design, implement, and refine SOPs

  • Improve workflow efficiency and scalability

  • Build and manage KPI dashboards

Strategic Execution

  • Translate company goals into operational plans

  • Break down quarterly targets into actionable deliverables

  • Identify bottlenecks and solve them proactively

Team Management

  • Lead and manage remote team members

  • Set clear KPIs and enforce accountability

  • Conduct weekly performance check-ins

Systems & Automation

  • Implement tools to improve operational efficiency

  • Reduce manual processes through automation

  • Standardize reporting systems


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in operations or business management

  • Experience managing remote teams

  • Strong systems and process mindset

  • Comfortable making decisions independently

  • Data-driven and performance-oriented

  • Available during US business hours
