The Role
We’re hiring a B2B Sales Closer who knows how to operate in structured, high-value sales environments.
This is a closing role. You’ll be working with qualified business leads and taking them through a consultative, value-driven sales process. Your job is simple: discover, control the conversation, build trust quickly, and close deals.
This role is built for commercially sharp individuals who can operate in short B2B decision cycles.
What You’ll Be Doing
Closing B2B deals with qualified inbound and warm leads
Running structured, consultative sales conversations with decision-makers
Navigating multi-step sales cycles with confidence
Handling objections and stakeholder concerns effectively
Driving deals forward with urgency and clarity
What You Bring
Proven success in B2B sales, closing, or Account Executive roles
Strong ability to engage and influence business decision-makers
Experience managing longer and more complex sales cycles
Confident in consultative and value-based selling approaches
Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
Requirements
Demonstrated track record of consistently closing B2B deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage pipeline and prioritise high-value opportunities
Comfortable working US or UK hours remotely from South Africa
Experience in service-based or high-ticket sales environments preferred
What We Offer
Basic salary: R15,000 – R35,000 (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission structure (OTE model)
With OTE you can earn 2x to 3x your basic salary
